A highly versatile and intuitive composer and teacher. A background merging both classical training and modern, creative sound technology.
Anna's roots in music and the arts were grounded from a young age, from her early days playing multiple instruments (piano, guitar, violin and harp) to other art forms such as dance. From this, she developed a deep understanding of music, creativity, movement and expression.
This naturally led on to her undertaking a BA (Hons) degree in Creative Sound And Music, where she further honed her skills and style, whilst introducing new technological concepts to her music. Whilst at university she also collaborated with numerous film makers at the renowned International Film School Of Wales. Her heartfelt music for moving animation "Missing", (by Tariq Rimawi) lead to great success across the world, winning 12 awards in total.
Following her graduation, Anna further developed her musical skills, embarking on two further courses, the Rockschool Level 4 Diploma and Level 6 Licentiate. This gave her the professional qualifications and development required to share her passion for music with others. Anna aims to make her lessons fun and accessible to all, with lessons tailored to the learner's individual needs and goals.
Anna continues to compose for a number of different projects from her studio in South Wales, creating bespoke compositions and songs, collaborating with producers, lyricists and singer-songwriters. Her versatile style ranges from sweeping orchestral music, to infectious reggae pieces and heavy metal.
